What is the recommended amount of total calories should come from fat in your diet?
I''m doing a paper for school and I can not find a definitive answer anywhere. We have no textbooks for this class. I need to know this information to start my paper.-Max recommended total calories fat in their diet. maximum recommended amount of calories from saturated fat per day. (I''ma Man)
It is not really an answer as the person above me said. For me, usually take 1500-2000 calories per day.

A healthy balanced diet is the best way to lose weight gradually. Make sure you have plenty of fruits and vegetables, drink 3-4 glasses of milk a day and eat foods rich in protein as meat lean meat, nuts, fish and beans. Coping with progressive weakness, for example if you really like a snack during the day, gradually changing chips, cookies whole grain with pb after vegetables and sauce. Try to eliminate comfort food such as mac and cheese and the search for healthy recipes for him.
